#17 Undoing Awakening

Posted: January 17, 2011 in On the Road Series, Uncategorized

Now that you’re walking down the road in the middle of nowhere, do you now realize that you were trained to betray yourself? It sucks doesn’t it. That there is a program in your mind trying to keep you from being who you are. Worse than that, there is a program in your mind that is telling you that it is you. That’s why you protect it. Because it’s fragile and it says it’s you, so that means you’re fragile and need to be protected and always in jeopardy. But it’s not. It’s not you. Those thoughts are not you. Those fears are not you. Those concerns and the confusion and the questions are not you. If you are your thoughts, then who is it that is aware you are thinking? If you are your fears, then who is it that is aware you’re afraid?
Now that you’re out here on the road, is it starting to make sense? That some of the things you feared the most are also the best things that have ever happened to you?
It’s all okay and a part of growing, but none of it is you. Just things you’ve learned along the way. This is the sin you were born into. This system of lies that covers the truth about who you really are. Almost everyone promotes it. They don’t know better. If they did, they wouldn’t. But this is the sin you were born into. Dropped into the stagnant swamp of unconsciousness where you are trained to protect and serve the program that began downloading into your beautiful new soul from the moment you came into contact with the illusion. But it can be undone, and that’s what this is all about.
